What equipment does my child need?

Players should wear athletic clothing and cleats (recommended). Flag belts and footballs will be provided by the Morton Hogs.

Is this a contact league?

No. Spring Flag Football is non-contact, making it a safe and fun way to learn the game.

How are teams formed?

Teams are created by the Morton Hogs board to ensure balanced teams and a positive experience for all players.

Can my child play if they have never played football before?

Absolutely! Spring Flag is perfect for beginners who want to learn the game in a fun environment.

When will we hear from our coach?

Coaches will contact families after registration closes and teams are formed before the season begins.

Can parents volunteer to coach?

Yes! We always welcome volunteer coaches. You can indicate your interest when registering your player.

Where are practices and games held?

All practices and games take place at the Morton Hogs fields at Southwood Park.
